Campbell's Recipes:

Campbell'sŪ 3-Cheese Pasta Skillet- Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

3 cups uncooked corkscrew

pasta 1 can (10 3/4 oz.)

Campbell'sŪ Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 cup water

1/8 tsp. pepper

1 cup shredded two-cheese blend

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 can (2.8 oz.) French'sŪ French Fried Onions

COOK pasta according to pkg. directions. Drain. MIX soup, water, pepper, cheeses and 1/2 can onions in skillet. Heat to a boil. ADD pasta and top with remaining onions. Cover and cook over low heat 2 min. or until hot. Serves 6

Campbell'sŪ Cheesy Broccoli - Prep/Cook Time: 10 minutes

1 can Campbell'sŪ Cheddar Cheese Soup

1/4 cup milk 4 cups frozen broccoli cuts

MIX soup and milk in 2-qt. microwave-safe casserole. Add broccoli. Cover MICROWAVE on HIGH 8 min. or until broccoli is tender-crisp, stirring once. Serves 4

Campbell'sŪ Cheddar Broccoli Chicken & Mashed Potatoes - Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

4 boneless chicken breast halves

1 can CampbellsŪ Broccoli Cheese or 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup

1/3 cup milk

2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets

4 cups hot mashed potatoes

HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. ADD soup, milk and broccoli. Heat to boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve over potatoes. Serves 4.

Campbell'sŪ Green Bean Casserole - Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 30 min.

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell'sŪ Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp. soy sauce Dash pepper

4 cups cooked cut green beans

1 1/3 cups French'sŪ French Fried Onions

Mix soup, milk, soy pepper, beans & 2/3 cup onions in 1 1/2 qt casserole BAKE at 350°F. for 25 min. or until hot. STIR. Sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake 5 min. Serves 6.

Campbell'sŪ Lemon Asparagus Chicken - Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

4 boneless chicken breast halves

1 can Campbell'sŪ Cream of Asparagus Soup

1/4 cup milk

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1/8 tsp. pepper

HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. ADD soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Garnish with lemon slices if desired. Serves 4.

Campbell'sŪ Honey-Mustard Chicken - Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tbsp. butter or margarine

4 boneless chicken breast halves

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell'sŪ Cream of Chicken or 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard

Chopped toasted pecans or walnuts

4 cups hot cooked rice

HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. ADD soup, mayonnaise, honey and mustard. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
