Banana Foster:

Ingredients for 3 people:

2 bananas sliced ( cut in the middle & then slide each half in 3 equals 12)

1/2 cup of brown sugar

5 spoons of Bacardi 151

4 spoons of grand mangier

1 spoon cinnamon

1/2 of banana mix liquor

vanilla ice cream

Procedure:

Cut the bananas as mention. Put 2 spoons of Bacardi in a saucepan & burn it with flame. Then add the brown sugar, the grand mangier, the vodka & the banana liquor & mix it. Then add the bananas & the cinnamon on top. . Add the rest of the bacardi & burn it with flame. Let it there for another minute. Serve the bananas with a vanilla ice cream spoon in the middle & then pour the liquid on top of the ice cream. Enjoy.
