A GARDEN:
Plant three rows of peas: Peace of mind, Peace of heart, Peace of soul.
Plant four rows of squash: Squash gossip, Squash indifference, Squash grumbling, Squash selfishness.
Plant four rows of lettuce: Lettuce be faithful, Lettuce be kind, Lettuce be happy, Lettuce really love one another & God.
No garden should be without turnips: Turnip for service when needed, Turnip to help one another, Turnip the music and dance.
Water freely with patience and Cultivate with love.
There is much fruit in your garden. Because you reap what you sow.
To conclude our garden We must have thyme: Thyme for fun, Thyme for rest, Thyme for ourselves.
Pretty nice garden, don't you think? Pass it on!!!!!!
Plant the seed of the Spirit in each heart & wait for the harvest...
Poem of blessings....
* As I was walking down life's highway many years ago, I came upon a sign read Heavens Grocery Store.
* When I got a little closer the doors swung open wide, And when I came to myself , I was standing inside.
* I saw a host of angels. They were standing everywhere, One handed me a basket saying: "My child shop with care."
* Everything a human needed was in that grocery store. And what you could not carry, you could come back for more.
* First I got some Patience. Love was in that same row. Further down was Understanding, you need it everywhere you go.
* I got couple of boxes of Wisdom and Faith a bag or two. And Charity for sure would need some of that too.
* I couldn't miss the Holy Ghost, it was all over the place. And then some Strength and Courage to help me run this race.
* My basket was getting full but I remembered I needed Grace, And then I chose Salvation for Salvation was for free I tried to get enough to do for you and me.
* Then I started to the counter to pay my grocery bill, For I thought I had everything to do the Masters will.
* As I went up the aisle I saw Prayer and put that in, For I knew when I stepped outside I would run into sin.
* Peace and Joy were plentiful, the last things on the shelf. Song and Praise were hanging near so I just helped myself.
* Then I said to the angel "How much do I owe?" He smiled and said "Just take them everywhere you go."
* Again I asked "Really now, how much do I owe?" "My child " he said, "Jesus paid your bill long, long time ago."
* This poem has been sent to you with love and for blessings. And has been around the world. Send it to your love ones....
10 Man made Commandments
Thou shalt not worry, for worry is the most unproductive of all human activities.
Thou shalt not be fearful, for most of the things we fear never come to pass.
Thou shalt not cross bridges before you come to them, for no one has yet succeeded in accomplishing this.
Thou shalt face each problem as it comes. You can only handle one at a time anyway.
Thou shalt not take problems to bed with you, for they make very poor bedfellows.
Thou shalt not borrow other peoples problems. They can better care for them than you can.
Thou shalt not try to relive yesterday for good or ill, it is forever gone. Concentrate on what is happening in your life and be happy now.
Thou shalt be a good listener, for only when you listen do you hear different ideas from your own. It is hard to learn something new when you are talking, and some people do know more than you do.
Thou shalt not become bogged down by frustration, for 90% of it is rooted in self-pity and will only interfere with positive action.
Thou shalt count thy blessings, never overlooking the small ones, for a lot of small blessings add up to a big one.
