The best TV programs now, are the ones you win a lot of money. All the channels are competing about this, or about trying make people fall in "love".
In this Millennium people are thinking how to make money. It blind us. I want to share my experiences having the opportunity to have material things. The say is: "Well money doesn't buy happiness, but it helps a lot."
I guess the reason why God blessed us economically, it is because I didn't care much about wealth, I saw how unhappy people where with it.
I'm so grateful God gave me my husband, He has the best heart, any man could have, & that was what I asked My Lord for. We got married full of love & understanding. We learned a lot about each other.
My husband is a very succesful man. I admire him, he worked really hard for what he has. He is very smart. He is very kind. Your heart speak louder than words or anything else around & you attract what you are.
Before I met him, I was very HAPPY with the way I used to lived. I had everything I needed & with a decent job. I have Lord. I have good family & friends. Also, I have always had a great closet (my Hobby). And I was prepared for someone to share my happiness.
I thanks my parents because when I was a kid, I lived good, I got good education, I traveled... I came from a middle class Catholic family who worked hard & could afford some things, but the best thing they gave me was the LOVE from GOD.
I know that I'm enjoying having a housekeeper, driving a very good car, & traveling the world, I appreciate lots of things, but I also know how to live without them. I haven't change a bit. I'm the same person. You know about today, but you don't know about tomorrow. Our love is the most important thing. We will always have each other.
When I came to my husband's life, he had problems like every one else, but BIGGER. He was kind of empty & lost. His life was full of work & STRESS. I was looking at life in a different way, so we complemented each other. He started getting to know GOD more deeply. Life is totally different with God. Lord fill your heart & soul.
Having any material thing I could think of, make me realize that with time you'll get tired of everything. We have had the trendiest thing & ask me how many times we use it...
Sometimes he just want to have whatever NEW thing he DOESN'T has, and then he gets BORED, don't ENJOY it anymore, & take it for GRANTED. Just to have it there.
Or there is not too much TIME to enjoy it, because we have more RESPONSIBILITIES. There's been times he haven't been able to sleep. You have way more bills to pay.
Think about it, something like this maybe it's happening to you. or Don't say this won't happened to you. Sometimes you control things until they control you.
Thanks to God we have a great family with lots of LOVE from GOD, & very good friends, but I feel sorry for the ones who don't:
Ask somebody who has won the lottery. Their lives change for sure, the more they have, the more they want. Everyone become their friend, & they find relatives they have never seen. People that they don't even know, or haven't seen in years, come with EXPECTATIONS, to DEMAND & to fight for what they think they DESERVED & they have the obligation to share.
Their family & friends start thinking only about THEMSELVES. They end up with lots of people around, just because what they can do for them, & lots of "RESPECT" just because they have money. Their egos become their life. Then their friends start COMPETING, and GOSSIPING about them. Money & position doesn't make anyone, it could destroy anyone.
Then when the money is all gone, they end up DESPERATE, ALONE & ADDICTED to drugs or alcohol. Do you think is worth it ? If you think you have economical problems now, wait until you get all kinds, including lawsuits.
What comes out of your mouth, define you. The only thing you have besides yourself, is God. What do you take with you when you die?
The saying is: "I want to have a lot of money to help a lot of people.":
1- You'll get full of responsibilities & less TIME.
2- It is very easy to give if you have, You should be helping people when you don't have as much, because your blessing will be bigger, The Lord will see your efforts & SACRIFICES.
3- Help wisely. A lot of people will try to take ADVANTAGE. Make sure you know you are pleasing Lord & not men. You can always help everyone just giving them your time to listen to them, pray & talk to the them about the truth that set them free. Money is not always the answer.
4- Never tell. Do it for yourself & for Lord. Your BEAUTY will come from your heart. No matter how much you have given, for some people, you haven't give ENOUGH. Please our Lord, not men. Give a smile.
The say is: "I want to give my kids a great life." And the truth is: "Where do you think is going to take them, having everything they want, if you don't teach them the basic Truth that sets them free ?
Learn to enjoy simple things. Simplify your life. Balance your life with the most important things first. You don't need much to enjoy your family. Enjoy each other, enjoy each day, enjoy nature & everything Lord offers that doesn't cost anything.
I hope you have ANALYZE what I'm telling you:
You can never buy FAITH, LIFE, HEALTH, PEACE, WISDOM, HAPPINESS or LOVE.
We will not crave material things, we are in need of a good HEART & SOUL...
If you are not being PROSPER in EVERYTHING in your life, It could be because you are not giving the time to GOD.
Without GOD & HIS LOVE we are absolutely NOBODY & NOTHING.....
