Lasagna:
3 pounds of ground chicken
1 can of tomato paste
2 spoons of olive oil
5 spoons of puertorican condiment ( see it in recipes )
1/2 spoon of Adobo Goya
lasagna paste
Italian Sauce
1 cream cheese
1 mozzarella cheese
1 cheddar cheese
1 parmesan cheese
Add the tomato paste, 1 spoon of olive oil, adobo & the puertorrican condiment to the ground chicken & cook it. In a casserole put water & boil the pasta with a little salt & a spoon of oil. Cut the cheeses in slides. In a mold put Italian sauce, then the slides of lasagna pasta, the three slides of cheese, the ground chicken one over the other. At the top end just put the lasagna pasta with the Italian sauce, mozzarella & parmesan cheese. Heat up for 20 minutes in the oven.
