For the best Pancakes use Bisquick mix by Betty Crocker.

For the best salad use low fat Raspberry vinaigrette dressing from Knotts Berry Farm.

For the best chicken, marinate it for couple of days in the refrigerator with Italian dressing, or Honey Mustard or Teriyake or any salad dressing.

The best ice cream is Macadamia Brittle by Haaggen Dazs. Also their sorbet chocolate gelato.

Puertorican pastelillos: Buy the plantillas ( made by corn flour ) put guava paste, or american cheese, or cream cheese with guava paste. Close it with a folk & fry it. These things you can find in L.A. in a Cuban market.

For guest at home: Brie, crackers & fruits, olives & pistachios, chips & cream cheese dip, carrots & broccoli's with ranch dressing, strawberries & grapes, French bread, salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette, Teriyaki chicken, key lime pie, amaretto cake, sorbets, German chocolate cake, Karin cookies....
