My Diet:

Designer Protein Whey powder: Mix one scoop in a glass of low-fat milk with a spoon. Drink at least 2 shakes a day, between breakfast, lunch & dinner. For every shake, drink one bottle of water. ( I prefer strawberry flavor)
Take a Diet Fuel Twinlab in the morning for energy.
Do 25 minutes walking & running, & 25 minutes on the bike. 10 minutes on the step machine. Stretching exercises & 75 sit ups for your abdominal exercise. At least 5 times a week.
Drink tones of water instead of juices. Water take the fat out of your body.
Take multivitamins.
Eat all the protein you can, protein turns into muscles, & do not eat carbohydrates after 2 PM. If you eat carbohydrates at night, the quantity should be the size of the palm of your hand.
Eat every 3 hours to accelerate your metabolism. (Less quantity & more times a day)
Food:
Chicken, Turkey, meat
Beans
Tuna & fish
Egg whites
All the salad with low-fat dressings
All the vegetables, specially greens
For a juice: Natural grapefruit juice.
Do not eat fruits after 2 PM. It turns into sugar.
For snacks try things with a lot of protein, like the protein shake, tuna or chicken.
Try everything low fat
Cook with canola oil, or olive oil
Try not to eat too much of salt, sugar, butter, bread, rice, pasta or potatoes, (The worst are bread & sweets)
To the pancakes, cereal, or to anything you can: Add the designer protein powder, plain flavor.
Sandwiches: better with fat-free crackers instead of bread & fat free American cheese, low fat butter....
Have a good breakfast & lunch
You will keep the same weight for a while but it will be turning into muscles, you'll see & feel the difference in two weeks.

Diet:
Once a day in the mornings:
1- Carbohydrates:
bagel, corn flakes & cereals, oatmeal, granola, bran muffins, rice, potatoes, bread, pasta
2- Dairy:
yogurt, milk, chesse, cottage chesse, butter
3- Protein shake once a day, lots of water !!!
4- Vitamins
5- Get very active: excersize bike, jogging, stairs, walk, sit ups
Twice a day, later :
1- Protein:
Lean meat, chicken, tuna, crab, fish, beans, eggs, lentils
2- Vegetables:
corn, spinach, salad lettuce, peas, cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, asparragus, avocado
3- Fruit:
oranges, apples, papayas, mango, bananas, pears, grapes, melons, plums, strawberries, cherrys, peaches, grapefruit
